    Helping You In The “Help Center”

    For our new website, we wanted to create a section that was not only useful and helpful, but also resourceful when working with your customers.  We have developed the “Help Center” located at the top right hand corner of each page.  Here’s a run down of how to use the “Help Center” to your advantage:

    -Contact Us: Pick the closest location to you, fill out the form and hit submit.  We’ll follow up with a phone call or e-mail by the next business day. Please note, you can fill out a Custom Quote form after you have logged in and go to any of the product categories and scroll to the bottom of the page.

    -Glossary: Use this resourceful library of terms when working with your customers or with us. This can be a great way to help expand your knowledge of labels and become a trusted source for your customers.

    -Templates: We have put the sizes and shapes found in the catalog in outlines and into PDFs for you to download and share with your customers. We will be updating this section periodically with other custom shapes that we have outside of the catalog. Our Standard Mailing Label designs are available here as well. Also included is a PDF of our 2010 America’s Source for Labels and Stickers Catalog. This file is quite large, so please be patient while it opens and downloads.     -FAQ’s: With over 20 years of printing experience we didn’t want to keep all of that helpful information to ourselves! Here you will find the answers to our most commonly asked questions. This is super helpful if you have a question after our normal business hours and need an answer right away. If your question is not included here let us know by filling out our Contact Us form and we’ll get it included.

    If you come across a label term or question that is not included in our “Help Center” please let us know. Our goal is to make our website a resource you come to rely on, so we want to include the information you need.
