After 25 years, I am retiring from my role as General Manager of StickerMan effective February 1, 2019.

In conjunction with my retirement, our location will be consolidated with StickerMan Palm Springs. Your Dealer Account information and Order History will be transferred to StickerMan Palm Springs seamlessly closer to the consolidation date.

You can expect a solid level of service and attentiveness from the staff at StickerMan Palm Springs.  They are also 100% committed to being your TRADE ONLY Source.  General Manager, Joshua Lorsch, has been with StickerMan Palm Springs since its startup over 20 years ago.

Below are additional details about the transition to StickerMan Palm Springs:

  • When will the change take place?
    In January 2019 all accounts will transition to StickerMan Palm Springs and StickerMan Kent will no longer process any orders or produce any orders.
  • What will happen to my order history?
    Your quoting and order history will seamlessly transition to StickerMan Palm Springs.  Physical paperwork will be moving to Palm Springs to insure order continuity.  Your account number will also remain the same.
  • What if I have open invoices at the time of the change?
    We are asking that all open invoices due to StickerMan Kent be sent to StickerMan Kent as soon as possible.  We will reach out to accounts past due.  If accounts remain open past February 28, 2019 this may affect order processing through StickerMan Palm Springs.  Please call and speak with Dave for more information, 800-242-7202.
  • Will my Account Number change?
    No, your account number will remain the same at StickerMan Palm Springs.
  • Who will be my account rep at StickerMan Palm Springs?
    StickerMan Palm Springs has four Customer Service Representatives and each of them will be able to help you with your quotes and orders.  Joshua Lorsch is the General Manager at StickerMan Palm Springs.
  • What are StickerMan Palm Springs hours of operations?

  • Will I be able to order online through the website?
    Yes, there may be some changes down the road, but for now, you will log in as normal.  If any changes need to happen to this process you will be made aware in advance.  Order status and order tracking will remain on the website.
