We are currently updating our website to allow for coupon redemption for catalog orders placed online. The coupon sheet you received with your 2011 catalog includes codes for each coupon to be used during the check out process of an online order. We are hoping to have this feature up and running by Friday, April 22. Our 2011 “America’s Source for Labels & Stickers” Catalog has hit the streets! The new 2011 catalog pricing will take effect Monday, April 11 to give everyone an opportunity to receive the catalog and review the new features and pricing.

Here is a quick run down of what you will find in this year’s catalog:

5 New Non-Standard Colors: PMS 212, PMS 291, PMS 320, PMS 109 and Rubine Red

We expanded our Weatherproof section into two pages of Durable Weatherproof Labels! 15 additional shapes and sizes have been added to give you a better selling advantage. While we did remove Brite Gold Polyester as a material choice, we added Yellow Vinyl as its replacement. See pages 26-27 for complete details.

We have included a new low quantity in our 4-Color Process Labels–250 Lot! You will also notice that we lowered the prices for much of our Full Color Label section, pages 16-19.

To add a splash of color, you’ll have the choice of Blue or Black Gloss material in our Hot Foil Stamped and Blind Embossed section, page 32.

As an additional product behind the scenes, Blue Fluorescent is now available with a 10% upcharge on 1-Color Pricing (pages 1-15 and 33).

If you have placed a label order or signed up as a New Dealer since January 2010, you have been sent a 2011 catalog kit. For our new website, we wanted to create a section that was not only useful and helpful, but also resourceful when working with your customers.  We have developed the “Help Center” located at the top right hand corner of each page.  Here’s a run down of how to use the “Help Center” to your advantage:

-Contact Us: Pick the closest location to you, fill out the form and hit submit.  We’ll follow up with a phone call or e-mail by the next business day. Please note, you can fill out a Custom Quote form after you have logged in and go to any of the product categories and scroll to the bottom of the page.

-Glossary: Use this resourceful library of terms when working with your customers or with us. This can be a great way to help expand your knowledge of labels and become a trusted source for your customers.

-Templates: We have put the sizes and shapes found in the catalog in outlines and into PDFs for you to download and share with your customers. We will be updating this section periodically with other custom shapes that we have outside of the catalog. Our Standard Mailing Label designs are available here as well. Also included is a PDF of our 2010 America’s Source for Labels and Stickers Catalog. This file is quite large, so please be patient while it opens and downloads. -FAQ’s: With over 20 years of printing experience we didn’t want to keep all of that helpful information to ourselves! Here you will find the answers to our most commonly asked questions. This is super helpful if you have a question after our normal business hours and need an answer right away.
